Part of the reason that I wrote this article below is because I think Forex funding is a scam and they are adjusting the spreads so that traders are almost guaranteed to fail.
Keep in mind that My Forex Funds blew up and got in trouble for doing this same thing but the whole Forex funding industry has the same problem. Makes you wonder doesn't it…. Below you will find the key differences
Forex vs. Futures Funding: Cut Through the Noise

Cost and Evaluation:
Futures funding typically costs $30–$50 for a $50,000 account evaluation, plus a $148 activation fee. Forex demands a steeper $315-$360. Although Forex may refund this on your first payout, the higher initial cost carries inherent risks.
Profit Targets:
Futures sets a $3,000 profit target for a $50,000 account, while Forex aims for $5,000. However, futures funding offers a more realistic and achievable target, especially for traders who are just starting out.
Payout Duration and Restrictions:
Futures companies usually disburse payouts within 10 days, faster than Forex's 15-day average. Moreover, futures funding has initial payout caps, which are lifted after the first three payouts, offering a more structured financial plan.
Why Futures Over Forex:
Given the lower initial costs, quicker payouts, and more achievable profit targets, futures funding emerges as the more pragmatic and cost-effective choice. It's especially beneficial for those new to trading, providing a structured and less risky entry point into the trading world.
